In the app (fastest)
Open Aielty → Settings → Your data → Delete everything. It erases your notebook on the phone, and your account and data on our server.
Without the app
Write to [contact email] from the email address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my Aielty account". We handle requests within one month, as the law requires, and confirm by email.
What is deleted
- your account (email address, or your Google or Apple sign-in)
- your confirmed mobile number
- your Duo link and the moment summaries you shared
- your family album memories and their photos
- your community profile, and the activities, comments, ratings and photos you posted
- your meetups, check-in codes and missed-meetup strikes.
What may stay for a while
Content that was reported may be kept up to 12 months for safety reasons. Backups are overwritten within 30 days.
On your phone
Uninstalling the app also erases everything it stored on the phone.
