Choose public, well-known places (parks, libraries, playgrounds), in daylight when you can.
Each family gets a QR code for the meetup. The organiser scans it when you arrive, so everyone knows who is really there. The code is single-use and doesn't reveal your name or number.
Leaving a meetup 24 hours or more before it starts is free. Leaving later, or not coming, counts as a missed meetup (only if the organiser checked other families in).
After 3 missed meetups within 6 months, joining and organising pause for 30 days. Then you start fresh.
Each parent stays with, and is responsible for, their own children for the whole meetup.
The exact meeting point is shown only to the parents who join. Don't share your address or your children's full names.
If a meetup has a cost, you see it before joining. You pay the organiser or the venue directly: Aielty doesn't handle payments, refunds or disputes.
An organiser can open a meetup to children of certain ages only. It helps the kids get along; it is not a guarantee.
You can leave a meetup at any time, and report the meetup or a parent from the app. In an emergency, call the local emergency number (112 in Europe).
