Last updated: 7 October 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and the publisher of Aielty ([Publisher legal name], [Postal address]). By using the app, you accept them. We kept them short and clear.

Who can use Aielty

Aielty is for adults (18 and over) who are parents or carers. Children do not have accounts: you enter what is needed about them, and you are responsible for that information.

What the app does

Aielty helps you plan time with your children. It rests apps you choose, on your own phone, during a moment. It keeps a notebook, suggests ideas and, if you wish, connects you with your partner and with other parents.

It is not a parental-control tool. It does not monitor your children or their devices.

Resting your apps

During a moment, the apps you picked are paused on your phone only. Calls, texts, the camera and maps are never paused, and an emergency exit is always available. You can end a moment at any time.

Your data

You need an Aielty account to use the app: sign in with Google (or Apple on iPhone), or with an email and a one-time code. Your notebook still stays on your phone.

Before joining or organising a meetup, you confirm a mobile number with an SMS code.

You can delete everything, on the phone and on the server, from Settings → Your data. How we handle data is explained in the Privacy policy.

Ideas, weather and growth guidance

Ideas are suggestions. You decide what is safe and suitable for your children, the place and the weather.

Weather forecasts come from MET Norway and may be wrong. Growth areas are general guidance from published research, not medical advice (see Health and development).

Community and meetups

What you post must follow the Community rules. You keep the rights to your content and allow us to host it and show it to other users while it is online.

Meetups are organised by parents, not by us. Please read Meetup safety before joining one.

Family plan

Some features need the Family plan, a paid subscription sold through Google Play. Prices, the free trial and cancelling are explained in Subscription terms.

Our responsibility

We do our best to keep the app working and safe, but it is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage, for content posted by users, or for what happens at meetups organised by users.

Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

Ending

You can stop using the app and delete your data at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or the Community rules.

Changes, law and contact

If we change these terms in an important way, we will tell you in the app before the change applies.

These terms are governed by French law, without taking away the protection of the law of the country where you live. Contact: [contact email].

Aielty

Aielty means “my family”.
